An Upper Hunter mum is this morning urging anyone going through a mental health crisis to access the help that is readily available.
Kate Jones has teamed up with Lifeline to conduct Jared’s 9 for 9 Walk to coincide with World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10.
The fundraising and awareness event at Aberdeen was prompted by the death of her son Jared from suicide 8 months ago.
