Residence of the Upper Hunter Shire who are doing it tough are invited to Scone Neighbourhood Resource Centre’s Connecting Communities event.
For the past seven years, Connecting Communities has been a beacon of hope, transforming lives by linking individuals to essential services. This initiative has provided crucial support in areas such as accommodation and housing, health and wellbeing, legal and financial assistance, employment opportunities, and educational resources. By offering a lifeline to those facing hardships or at risk of homelessness, The day has made a profound difference, helping countless people find stability and a brighter future.
