Just a month after deciding to engage a specialist national agency to conduct an Expressions of Interest process for the local tourism white elephant that has changed.
Following a discussion last night in the closed session of the Upper Hunter Shire Council meeting, it was revealed that EOI process will now be run internally by the general manager and the council.

The change comes after the council received an initial unsolicited offer from an airport business to lease the building.
