Singleton Mayor Sue Moore said the State Government’s approach to funding urgent road repairs in regional areas like here in the Upper Hunter is the right way to go.
The LGA will be allocated $2.3 million dollars in the State Budget tomorrow to resurface roads where large potholes have developed in recent years because of flooding.
Muswellbrook Shire to receive $1.58 million.
