Krystal started her radio career in Ipswich, Queensland announcing on the weekends, however she had her sights set on having a yarn for a little longer then just the weekends…

So, she made the trek all the way down to enemy territory in the Hunter Valley NSW, right when State of Origin 2023 was in full swing mind you. But she was fine with that, she knew the Maroons had the better team.

When Krystal’s not giving the blues supporters in the building cheek, she enjoys dancing, trivia and a good Netflix binge.

Krystal is excited to keep the rivalry alive and keep you updated on all things local in the Hunter Valley bright and early every morning!

As the world’s only radio-announcing Bear in captivity he’s been here in the Upper Hunter since 2018 and bouncing out of bed every morning to broadcast at the best time of the day.

He loves his footy and cricket, is a James Bond film-fanatic and loves nothing better than having a laugh…. preferably at the expense of politicians!!
